Homestay in 美国 － 旧金山
Our house is located on the southwestern side of San Francisco, called Merced Manor. Rooms were remodeled and updated in 2024. Our neighborhood is calm and safe and has neighbors that look out for one another. Our home is in a very convenient location, within walking distance to all sorts of supermarkets, including cafes and various restaurants. From our home to San Francisco State University is approximately a 10-15 minute walk. We are also about the same distance to Stonestown Galleria Mall, Lake Merced, Stern Grove, and the San Francisco Zoo. There are also multiple parks and Ocean Beach within walking distance.
We have rented these rooms to SFSU students and Language School students from various countries, some from Japan, Hong-kong, Russia, Southern CA, and some local students. We are a family of 4, myself and my husband, with two kids (one is away at University, and one is high school). We have a Golden Retriever living with us. He is well-trained and very friendly. He doesn't bark. We love to travel and have visited many countries. This is one of the reasons we want to start this homestay. We want to help and introduce foreigners to our country.
