Hello, our family has been hosting international students from diverse backgrounds for more than 16 years. Many of which we still keep in contact with and consider like family. We enjoy learning about other cultures, languages, traditions, and especially recipes.

We are walking distance from 29th Ave. Skytrain Station. From there you will be able to reach central Downtown Vancouver and Metrotown Mall within 15 minutes. UBC and SFU are 45 minutes away by bus. Additionally, the public library is a 15 minute walk away.

We offer..
• A private bedroom with a closet, bed, desk, chair, and lamp
• Shared basement kitchen with a fridge, microwave, cooking range (stovetop + oven), plenty of newly installed cupboards with another student
• Shared basement bathroom with another student
• High-speed WiFi
• All utilities (water, electricity, heat)
• Laundry (once a week)


We do not tolerate nor allow the usage of drugs, smoking, vaping, parties, and outside visitors within our home.

If you are looking for a quiet place to focus on your studies, career goals, and a home away from home this will be the place for you.

We require a copy of your photo ID or passport of enrollment for security reasons and the intended start/end date of your stay.
