My name is Louis Casiano and I am offering homestays at my home in Los Angeles Near USC, University of Southern California, a top-ranking university! I will be helping you to make your stay comfortable and memeorable and helping you with day to day questions, concerns, and assistance. For your convenience, I've listed some quick facts about the place below.
Cost - The cost ranges from $1050/mo. Rent includes utilities (water, gas, electricity, high speed internet, cable TV), use of a shared bathroom, use of common space and appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc).
Location - Historic South-Central Los Angeles is a storied neighborhood in the South Los Angeles region. South LA is home to the University of Southern California, a top-ranking university founded in 1880, a close-knit community, and a rich past.
Homestay in South Central LA places you in an active neighborhood near many LA hotspots. This neighborhood had one of America's first jazz scenes (often nicknamed the West Coast Harlem) and was home to Kid Ory, a famous trombonist, and bandleader. Today, South Central LA offers residents terrific proximity to downtown, USC, and a variety of historic sites in addition to numerous freeways.
Room - Each move-in ready private room comes furnished with a bed, closet space, desk, new ceiling fan/light, high speed WiFi, and plenty of natural light from the windows. There are no pets, no smoking inside the home but you can smoke outside, and no drugs allowed. Bathroom is shared with just me. The living room, kitchen and laundry room are all considered common spaces which is shared. New washing machine and dryer recently installed. Cookware, tableware, utensils, and appliances are provided. Any homestay guest would have plenty of their own refrigerator space and cabinet spaces.
House - The place has previously been home to several people whose professions range from visiting scholars/researchers to graduate/undergraduate students to young professionals and interns.
About myself - My name is Louis Casiano. I am a 43-year-old single father . I am a reporter and currently work as a Breaking News Reporter for Fox News. samefoxnewslouis80 art consultant. Curm .I have spent a significant portion of my life in home stays, and so I'm quite familiar with the needs of student/intern/young professional life. One of my goals here is to provide a comfortable place to stay for an affordable price. At the same time, I'd like to remind any prospective tenant that any opportunities to meet new people is an opportunity to network, learn and develop social and professional connections.
