Hello students! We are Taiwanese couple and have lived in Calgary more than 30 years. We love to introduce you to what Calgary has to offer and make you feel at home away from home. We have been hosting international students or working holiday young professions since 2018. We are a fun and easy-going couple who love enjoying food, home cooking and travelling. We speak English and Mandarin fluently.
We have a lovely cat to accompany you! The two bedrooms we are offering are located on the 2nd floor, and both guests share a washroom just steps away on the hallway. Simple and cozy living room and kitchen are the common areas for all hanging out together. A small work-out/hang-out entertainment space in the basement and a decent size backyard are other places in the house you can relax at.
Our home is located in Panorama Hills NW. A main transit point (BRT North Pointe) is 5-10 minutes walking distance. Main route bus 301 runs regularly to city centre; bus 8 runs directly to University of Calgary; and many other routes take you to neighboring areas. Supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, cafes, banks and post offices are within walking distance or less than 10 minutes driving distance.
