Homestay in 加拿大 － Coquitlam
The reason I want to run the homestay business I am semi-retired staying home and I don't have any more children, all my three daughters are married and have their own houses. I want to help the young generation from other countries to understand Canadian culture. I have a 6-bedroom house in a very safe location in Coquitlam. There are 3 master bedrooms with own showers and toilet. My house is located 40 minutes from Vancouver city by train. Currently, i am not working I was working as a full-time nursing care aide for the last 26 years at one facility. I have visited most of the states in the USA, Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Turkey. I belong to the British Columbia Muslim Association, I am a member of the I charity group, and the BC Children Hospital donation group. The rule of the house is very simple, my husband is the Director of the operation working for a company called GDI. We do not smoke or drink and we prefer non-smokers. We expect the host to keep their room and washroom clean and tidy. We do not eat pork so we can not provide food made from pork. At the moment we have no students. We had students from Japan, North Korea, Pakistan, Indian and Namibia. They all stayed with us for over 3 months. Our house is next to a park and a lake. We live in a safe neighborhood and our neighbors are pleasant people. If you require, we can provide references from out students.
