Homestay Greenboro, located in Ottawa, approx 9kms from downtown (near Greenboro Station Line ). At the moment there is only one room available but students usually move out for the summer.
The price is dependant on which floor you want and whether you want meals.
Homestay rooms are fully furnished with bed, dresser, sheets, blankets, pillow, desk, chair, lamp)
We are located in a safe neighbourhood in a large, clean, beautiful, quiet newly built home.
Located near Greenboro Station (OC Transpo main transit way) Bus 40 or 98.
I have hosted serious international students over the past 12 years. Host is retired but has a home-based business.
We ask that you are respectful, clean and quiet.
No smoking/vaping/alcohol/drugs. No children/pets. No overnight guests.
I will help you ease into Ottawa living and help you to learn more about the city and Canadian culture.
Minimum stay is three months. One month notice is required if you need to leave.
Discount offered for long term stay (one year).
You may choose a room (subject to availability).
You can get a room for as low as $225/week.
Meals can be provided at an extra charge.
