Homestay in 加拿大 － Abbotsford
My place is available April 1 2025. I'm Looking forward to sharing my place. I live in a Quiet neighborhood. I paint and do alot of swimming in the summer time. Looking for a polite, clean respectful student to share my home with. Near all bus stops and rec center is a block away has a gym and ice skating and pool lots of activities. UfV not far and bus accessible. Mall is easily to get to by bus.I have one room available, with tv, dresser, closet, wifi,and laundry desk and chair. I have a newer clean home. I want a student that will be apart of my family.I want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your time in Canada.I hope to hear from you soon. I charge $975 a month no meals and a damage deposit of $475 which is given back if nothing is damaged. If you are looking for a few nights stay I charge $45 a night.
Must be either: fully employed, full-time student, or on a work/tourist Visa.
Proof will be required.
References from employer, former landlord (or parents if newly moving out for the first time),
