Hi everyone! We are a family of two living in an apartment in Melbourne CBD. The apartment is located very close to a train station, tram stops, cafes, restaurants, library, supermarket, gardens, and more! It is in the Free Tram Zone so it'll be convenient for those who go to school or work in the city.
I have been living in Melbourne for 18 years. My son and I had a homestay student, demi-pairs and people who were on WH visa over the last 9 years. We enjoy meeting new people and learning their cultures.
On our free time, we enjoy playing cards and board game and watching movies on Netflix. We also enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming and riding bikes.
Things you are provided with:
Own bedroom (inc Queen size bed, bedside table, study desk, chair, built in wardrobe, drying rack for clothes, heater, fan)
Fees:
$315 per week including bills, internet, laundry fees and complimentary breakfast (toast, jam, peanut butter, coffee, tea)
* You are welcome to use cooking oil, basic seasonings, spices, rice and laundry detergent.
We expect you to clean after yourself and be respectful of others. We generally go to bed early, so it may not be suitable for night owls.
