Hi! Welcome to ICE Homestay. Our monthly rate is $800.00 no meals inclusive.

Inclusive packages- high speed wireless internet with wifi, water, electricity, laundry service, aircon/heater. Other special requests can be negotiated.

We are three in the family. We are peace-loving, religious and family oriented. We are happy and willing to accommodate foreign students who would like to come to Toronto to study and pursue their dreams and for those travellers who want to stay for certain purposes. West Hill community is peaceful and we are located 15 minutes drive from Kennedy subway station. We are close to bus stops, grocery stores, food chains and restaurants, church, schools, drug stores, banks, police station, parks and lakes, Centennial College and University of Toronto, among others. The basement room has exclusive washroom, desk and computer chair, double sized bed, portable heater, TV, 1GB internet and wifi.
