Close to Monash Caulfield University.
Short walk to the train station, IGA supermarket, KFC, MacD, cafés, restaurants and much more.
20 mins to Melbourne CBD. We are excited to create a warm, welcoming environment where we can all feel at home.

Suitable for employed /full time students. No pets, no smoking.

Bills included: Electricity, Water, Gas, Unlimited Wi-Fi (NBN = Very Fast Internet Speed and reliable), and Basic Consumables Package such as Toilet Paper, Laundry Liquid, regular cleaning for common area. Reverse Cycle Aircon and Heater (there may be an extra charge if usage is excessive).

5min Walk to Ormond Station and Bus Stops (Bus 626 to Chadstone Shopping Centre; Bus 630 to Monash Clayton).
5min to Monash Caulfield Campus by train.
McKinnon Secondary College Zone.
Direct train to Southland Shopping Centre.
12km from CBD or 20min by car.
22min to Flinders Station (CBD) from Ormond station.
8min drive to nearest Beach or Elwood/Brighton surrounding areas.

Rooms are not shared, so you'll have your own space. Each room is for individual occupancy.

Please note that this house has two sections – the "front part" is designated for students only, while the "back part" is occupied by the host. The two sections are connected by a bridge.

Deposit: 2 weeks to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
Bond: 4 weeks
Rent: 4 weeks in advance.
Notice: 4 weeks
