I am running a homestay for students , workers, visitors for more than 5 years now.

I find it interesting and exciting to host newcomers, Working Students, visitors from different countries.

We don't set any rules, as long as ..WE RESPECT EACH OTHERS PRIVACY.
And PLEASE Observe SILENCE and CLEANLINESS inside your room, kitchen, Bathroom
and in all Common areas .

We don’t provide meals because I’m currently working long -12 hours a day 5 -6 days a week and no chance for me to cook.
Buy food and cook it yourself .

We Provide high quality Furnitures and kitchen Appliances.

Stove, Microwave, fridge, and all kitchen wares, utensils for cooking,
Pots and Pans,Plates etc etc are all FREE of USE.
Buy your own toiletries and all Personal stuff for kitchen and Bathroom.




Washer and dryer is inside the apartment.
There’s no HIDDEN FEES,
Heating and Electricity is included in the rent.
Wifi is Free

It’s a 3 Bedrooms CONDO, located at Cote des neiges area ,
Victoria Street and 2 -3 minutes walk to Metro Station Plamondon and Vanhorne.

Easy access to Bus Stops and Stores , Restaurants, Groceries are all walking distance.
