A really nice furnished room is available September 1st, 2025 for a female roommate.

You'll love living here! This is a gorgeous three bedroom home.

It's two girls and one guy. One girl is from Italy and is in a program at MGH (Massachusetts General Hospital) as part of her PhD in medical neuroscience. The other girl is from Thailand and is also doing research towards her PhD at MGH. I'm a parttime property manager keeping busy at the gym, exploring restaurants and enjoying adult-ed classes.

Previously, this room was occupied by a woman from China doing a post-doc at MIT.

The girl from Italy leaves the end of August and her room will be available September 1st, 2025. So we're looking for another female for September 1st so it will still be two girls and 1 guy.

We have a great location! From our home, it's easy to go to Harvard, MIT, Hult, or MGH. Tufts is just a short walk. It's easy to go to Bunker Hill Community College or even Tufts Medical Center in downtown Boston.

Previous roomies have been from all over the world, coming to Boston for further education or work or hospital internship or to improve their English. We've had wonderful housemates from so many countries including England, Ireland, Italy, Germany, France, Greece, Pakistan, India, Switzerland, Belgium, Russia, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Slovenia, China, Bhutan, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Ghana, Saudi Arabia and Israel.

Looking for a female roommate that appreciate a clean home; that cleans up after herself, especially in the kitchen and in the bathroom; that is looking for a quiet household; that is friendly, but respects privacy; that is respectful of the other roommates; that is conscientious about Covid protocol and appreciates living with like-minded roommates. If this applies to you, then you'll love living here!

This is an exceptionally clean, three bedroom, one bathroom home, in a magnificent two family property across from the Powder House Park which is a lovely park with small, grassy, rolling hills and lots of trees! Living across from this green space is really special! You just feel better!

*The rent includes everything except your own food and laundry detergent. Namely: a beautifully furnished bedroom with queen bed, sheets, blankets, pillows; a bedside cabinet with lamp; bookcases; large dresser, desk, with lamp and office chair; your own HDTV with Netflix and lots of cable channels; mini-blinds, curtains, area rugs, ceiling fan and air conditioner!

Plus the rent includes heat, hot water, electricity, wireless WIFI, no-charge washing machine and dryer and professional, weekly cleaning of the common area! The rent also includes toilet paper and in the kitchen, trash bags, liquid soap and sponges for the dishes. It's a great deal!

In addition to the three bedrooms there's a kitchen, dining room and nicely furnished living room with great seating and fabulous green plants.! The kitchen has two refrigerators so you'll be sharing a refrigerator with just one person! There's also a back deck and an enclosed front porch overlooking the beautiful Powder House Park.

We're just a few minutes walk to Tufts University. It's about a nine minute walk to the Red Line in Davis Square for a short rise to Harvard, MIT and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), a four minute walk to the Green Line T station in Ball Square to downtown Boston; a one minute walk to the #89 bus for a twelve minute ride to the Orange Line T station in Sullivan Square which will quickly get you to the Financial District at State Street, Downtown Crossing, Chinatown and Tufts New England Medical center. If you have a car, it's easy, on-street, permit parking or there's a garage available for additional rent. The garage has a modern, easy-to-open door and the rent includes clearing the driveway of snow. This is a very clean home and a very respectful home. Everyone loves living here and you will too!
