• Easy access going to Douglass College, MTI Community College, Coquitlam College, Vancouver Career College, Simon Fraser University, Frase International School, BCIT, and much more...
• 15 minutes walk to public libraries, recreations centers, and parks
• Desirable location between Burnaby Mountain and Downtown Vancouver when using transportation; 30 minutes to Downtown or Surrey or Langley or Metrotown area
