Thank you for considering our homestay, our homestay is available and caters to the college level student who is primarily focused on their English and/or Science skills, with an emphasis on conversation and native speaking. Although born abroad and well cultured most of my years have been along the California coastline enjoying all the beaches, water activities, and simply relaxing. My home has been available for now 10+ years to the focused student and graduated professional.
There are many languages spoken and understood within the home yet English takes priority in order to sharpen any level of English conversational skills.
Peace, privacy and respect are here in abundance. There are some basic rules within the private and common spaces and mostly revolve around respect for others.
There are some really good perks within this homesite including food and adventures for the ones that are focused and serious.
There are also some pets and animals on property but NOT inside the home.
