Hello homestays!
I have a beautiful home in the perfect neighbourhood. We are located on a quiet street in a safe, welcoming and diverse street.
You will be sharing this home with myself, my toddler and teenager. Don’t worry! Your room is located in the fully finished basement. You have full use of the rec room space as we spend the majority of our time upstairs. You will have lots of privacy. The laundry room and your own private bathroom is conveniently on this level as well. The home itself is beautiful! We have a massive backyard with a fire pit and garden. We also have a large beautiful deck with a bbq, which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy our giant tree. It is very peaceful in the morning and evening as the birds chirp.
Your room is fully furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, big closet with built-in shelving, mini fridge, night stand, and TV.
I am a web designer and work from home. I will be accessible at any time and am flexible as I make my own schedule. I have hosted homestays in the past when I lived in Vancouver, BC and have always enjoyed the experience. I am happy to adventure and explore Edmonton with you.
I do include meals and prepare a variety of ethnic foods. I am of Filipino and Ukrainian heritage so I have a wide array of recipes. We primarily eat healthy and comfort foods once in a while. We often resort to chicken or seafood with less red meat. Otherwise, we are always stacked with fruits, veggies, and snacks.
