Hello,

I've been operating A short tern rental business or over one year now, however our family has been actively accommodating homestay students for over 20 years .

My interest and hobbies are my family first and secondly my work, I am a professional host, real estate professional.

House rules are listed below:

Quite Hours: 9:00 pm - 7:00 am
Please take your shoes off by the door near the entrance door.

- NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO EXCEPTION. - Not Suitable for Wheelchairs due to stairs **For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors into our home without prior permission from the host. Otherwise, only those individuals who are registered guests may enter the premises. We take the safety and security of our guests and ourselves very seriously.

END OF STAY CHECKLIST • Please ensure the property is left tidy with dishes done and all rubbish removed from the unit and taken to the residential garbage room. • Please make sure all appliances and lights are turned off. • Please make sure all furniture is in its original place. • Please make sure the door is locked using the smart lock.
