Hello, This is Ade and I have been hosting many students from different countries in our cozy and friendly house for many years.
We have a brand new place which close to amenities such as a transportation hub, stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and many more, located on the east end of the North York, Toronto area.

These are the highlights of our place:
Brand new townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood, with Bartley Park steps away (Eglinton and Victoria Park Ave. area) with total 5 rooms and 4 bathrooms.

* 8 minutes away from TTC bus stop (Victoria Park to Victoria Park Station)
* 11 minutes bus to subway station Victoria Park
* Walking Distance to new Eglinton Crosstown LRT
* 10 minutes walk to Eglinton Square Shopping.
* Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores : No Frills, Metro, Walmart, Adonis, Al Premium and Seafood City, Dollarama, Bestbuy, Winners, Homesense, Canadian tire, Eglinton Square Mall and Costco.
