Centrally located in one of the safest and most charming parts of Toronto, newly renovated, 2 bedrooms, brand new bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette/ laundry and a small living/dining room.
Separate entrance, backyard patio, walking distance to a variety of grocery stores, restaurants and boutique shops, 2.1km from Sunnybrook hospital, 15 minutes to downtown and UofT, York U (Glendon Campus), public transport at the doorstep, free street parking, vicinity of Don Valley hiking trails and Sunnybrook park, vibrant farmers market is what distinguishes this part of town from others.

We have been hosting students from every corner of the world and can accommodate vegetarian and carnivore diet.

Large room has a comfortable queen size bed with organic cotton sheets, nightstands with charge stations (USB ports), large closet, work station and for your convenience, we offer towels and complementary sleepers.
Smaller room has a twin size bed with organic cotton sheets, ample storage for clothing, work station, towels and complimentary sleepers.

We have equipped kitchenette with microwave, convection oven / air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and dishes if you ever have cravings for that late night snack. You have access to in-house laundry and a cozy and shady backyard.

We do not allow parties, open flames (candles, incense) and smoking of any substance inside the house.
