Hello!
I have a homestay for students or professionals who are easy going, tidy & clean, and with no drama please!
The room will be available on APRIL 1, CAD$1000 a month, with closet, drawers, a computer desk and a lovely window view.

No meals are provided, you will have to dine your way with access to a shared kitchen. The bathroom and living room are also shared with me, the host. There is a coin paying laundry in the basement which is not included in the rent, but the cost is reasonably cheap ($4.50 for full wash/dryer load).

INCLUDED WITH YOUR ROOM RENTAL ARE THE FOLLOWING:
Household linens such as Bed sheets, Pillowcases, bed-spread, duvet/duvet cover, bath towel.
Utilities: (Wifi, Electricity, Hot Water, Heating and AC)
Basic househood items: Kitchen ware and utensiles, dish washer and multipurpose cleaning products.

There are no children or pets in this homestay.

The house rules are as follows:
No smoking, no alcohol parties, no recreational drugs of any kind in the home and on the premises.
No pets allowed.
No noise after 11pm.
No overnight guests to keep the place respectful and safe for everyone.
Clean-up after your self is required especially in the common areas that are shared with others.

The Building:
The homestay is located on the 6th floor of the building. The neighborhood in a beautiful and safe area, very popular in the Summer because is only 15 minutes walking to the beaches on Lake Ontario. It's closed to all amenities and public transportation (20 minutes by Subway to downtown and 10 minutes by Go Train to Union Station downtown, and 35 minutes by street car (tram) to downtown.

If you decide to choose my home-stay, you will be warmly welcomed as I am an experienced homestay host and have received many students from all over the world in the last couple of years. Rest assured, you will be well hosted and every effort will be made to GUARANTEE that you enjoy the stay.
