Hello! I have 1 fully furnished private room with a full bathroom (not shared) located in a basement suite located in 61st Avenue East Vancouver. The rent price is $800/month (female only) excluded meal. Rent includes Utilities, High Speed Wi-Fi Internet, Washer & Dryer. The room includes a bed, mattress, built-in cabinet, study table and chair, lampshade and full-height mirror. Walking distance to bus stops. Bus 100 to Marine Drive Canada Line Station. Bus 8, Bus 22 and Bus 430.
