Hi! We have private rooms in a beautiful & safe area 7mins from Finch station.

We are in a really safe, quiet and upscale area in between the Willowdale and Bayview Village neighbourhoods.
Our house has a lot of space, sunlight and a big private ravine in the backyard. Perfect if you like nature and peaceful surroundings but still want to be in the city!

My mom and myself have been hosting international guests on and off for years.
I used to live in Japan for almost 7 years where I was teaching business English, working as a consultant for the cosmetics company DHC and event organizer for fashion shows. After that I lived for many years in Dubai, Italy, and the UK and now I'm back in Toronto where I work as a sommelier. I am in my 30s and was born in Toronto so I know a lot about the city. I'm happy to help with information on getting around town or general things. We speak English in the house and encourage our guests (who are mostly English students) to do the same.

We have 5 private guest rooms in our home and see it as an opportunity to host guests from all over the world. So far, we have had visitors from Japan, S.Korea, Ukraine, Vietnam, Colombia, France, Ecuador, Serbia, Brazil, Zambia, Thailand, Mexico, Taiwan and Saudi Arabia. Please feel welcome in our home. All we ask is that you are quiet, neat, respectful of the environment (not wasteful) and treat our house as if it were your own. We look forward to hosting you!

All rooms have queen size beds, designer furniture (from Ashley, Ethan Allen or ArtShoppe), pillow top or therapeutic mattresses, new bedding/linens and high speed wifi.
The bathrooms are spacious and you will only share your bathroom with 1-2 other female guests.
The rooms are listed in order with corresponding pictures (e.g. room 1 corresponds to the first pics on this site, room 2 with 2nd set of pics etc.)

Food is included free with the room and my mom cooks basic healthy, organic dishes (eh. vegetables, curry, rice with chicken, pasta, etc.) which you can help yourself to at anytime, at your own convenience. If you want to eat your own food you're welcome to use the microwave, toaster, kettle.

We are close to many shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, malls, libraries, temples, churches etc.
Easy access to York University and Seneca College; also Hansa, EC, ILAC and ESC

1min walk to the bus stop
7mins bus ride to Finch Station. It's on the main yellow Yonge subway line which means that for most of the popular stations and areas, there is no transferring needed!
12min away by bus and 1 subway stop to the North York Public Library, the 2nd largest library in the city.
15mins from Finch station to Eglinton station
22 mins from Finch station to downtown (Bloor station)
