I am Liza. Our location is in a quiet townhouse neighborhood. We are one family and no one else you have own room your own toilet so you have privacy. You can use laundry Saturday and Sunday and Friday night. You can use the kitchen.

We are located near TTC bus stops available 24 hours, to Centennial College or University of Toronto Scarborough Campus to downtown Toronto by either Agincourt Go Train or by TTC subway. we are only short walk to Agincourt Mall Walmart No Frills Shoppers Drug, short walk to Agincourt Library, for more details please call/text my contact page viber or whatsapp text or email my contact page.

We are in a quiet pleasant park like neighborhood surrounded by townhomes suitable for students to study or for nice stay. Our humble residence is conveniently located 2 minutes walk to Agincourt GO train station, 4 minutes walk to TTC bus stop Shephard Avenue East. short walk to Agincourt Public Library and 5 minutes walk to Kennedy road bus stop. It is easy one bus stop away 8 minutes bus ride to Scarborough Town Centre in the east, one skip bus ride north to Pacific mall, one bus ride south to Kennedy Commons, one short bus ride west to Fairview Mall, Short bus ride to Centennial College or to University of Toronto (U of T) Scarborough Campus. It is perfect whether you are here for study or vacation.

Our location is conveniently within easy reach short walk to Agincourt Public Library ,Shoppers Drug mart (open 8 to 12 midnight) ,No Frills Supermarket, Burger King, Congee Queen Restaurant, Subway Sandwich, Pizza Pizza and Walmart Supercenter and to Agincourt Mall with Subway sandwich restaurant, Burger King, KinKin Bakery, Roger's Mobile, Fido Mobile, Tim Hortons, Walk in Family Physician Clinics, Dental clinics, Doctor's office, Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, Agincourt Library, Dollarama, Congee Queen restaurant, Pizza Pizza, Cellphone mobile providers like Rogers, Fido, Bell Stores,

There is also Go Bus station in nearby Scarborough Town Center where you can go to Ottawa or Montreal
We have been hosting different foreign exchange students for more than 8 years. We are non smoking so it is a healthy environment, We are mostly out of the house We promote private and enjoyable quiet stay. We have a small 1 year old puppy named Bambi she is vey shy and quiet she is trained and loves to look my contact page not bark and quiet.
