Hello Future students. Are you looking for a homestay OR Roomstay (student who can cook for themselves) who feels like Home? .My location is in Sud Ouest (Ville Emard) near Canal Lachine (famous for kayak, biking) easy access to Downtown area (15 minutes) and the MUHC Glen Hospital. It is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. Close to restaurant, bars, library and other amenities. My place is a minute walk to bus station 36 /37/ 38 both of which will bring you to the Metro Monk or De L'Eglise Metro (Green Lane) or Saint Henri Metro (Orange Lane ).My house is a walking distance to metro Monk (Green Line).By Metro:10 minutes away to Guy Concordia University and 13 minutes to McGill University. Easy Access to Highway 15 and Highway 20 by car. Street Parking is Free 24/7 .The bedroom is fully furnished with bed full size mirror, walk-in closet ,drawer, chair and table. Each bedroom has windows and well lighted. Each Bedroom has it's on lock for privacy. The house has front and back balcony. The price include Internet, electricity, heating, laundry, furnitures and use of fully equipped Kitchen. If you want your meals to be included, I can accommodate you with an extra fee depending on your meals package plus the room rent. This is your home away from home. We help your transition as easy as possible and we respect your privacy.
