Hi my name is Janice and my husband is Ren, we have 2 children; Jaren, he is in grade 9 and Hazel, she is in grade 5, we have a Cat name Milo. We been hosting International FEMALE students since January 2022, we welcomed students from different country, so far we already met students from Brazil, Paris, South Korea, Taiwan, Mexico and Japan. We live in a townhouse, we have a 2 single bedroom for rent located in the upper level with 1 shared bathroom. Our house is accessible to grocery store 5 minutes walk to MC Donald's, Starbucks, and different fast food and Pharmacy, 1 minute walk to the bust stop and the closest sky train is King George and Surrey Central Station. Our complex are quiet and neighbors are friendly. Free access to internet, laundry once a week, toilet papers are included. can watch TV if you wish. we offer a No Meal accommodation and most important No Smoking inside or outside the house. No friends sleeping over.
