Are you looking for a clean furnished room in a home located on a safe, quiet street near UVIC? We may have a room for you!
We provide an ideal living environment for busy, and quiet students requiring a clean living area, and want an all inclusive furnished room fee of $880/month that includes: hydro, water, wifi, shared laundry, and every 2 weeks, hosts will provide a light cleaning of the shared common area (kitchen, bathroom, and hallway) and restock toilet paper, hand/dish towels & soap, etc...Students who have lived with us value the light cleaning that is provided by us (especially during busy exam times).
Our home has 2 levels, and 2 kitchens we have dedicated the lower level to students of the same gender (shared kitchen, bathroom and backyard entrance with host family) and the upper level to our family (1 golden retriever, 2 school aged kids, 2 adults).
We will have 2 rooms available in Feb 2025 or earlier in our basement.
Our location is excellent for UVIC + downtown students. There is a direct bus (#12) that takes you to UVIC within 10 minutes or you can choose to walk to UVIC within 30 minutes. There are direct buses (#27 and #28) that takes you to downtown within 30 to 40 minutes.
There is no street parking available. Students living in our home generally use the bus, own bike or walk to get around town.
We have cleaning, house and guest rules to help ensure that other students living with you will have the same lifestyle as you!
