Homestay in Auckland, New Zealand
A quiet home suitable for students. Close to the main shopping centre, bus stop, train station and recreation wave pools. all within a 3-8 minute walk. This is home for those who want a home away from home. Wooden floor in the main areas. We don't wear outside shoes in the house, thus the house is very clean. You will receive a decent home-cooked dinner most nights and have your own short-term tutor. The host is a high school teacher. 2 members in the family. Both adults. Anyone who lives with us should treat this home as their second home and live with us as they would live with their parents and siblings.
Only Males, though, please! I would want both parties (my adult son and you) to be comfortable around each other.
You can live a bit longer. That will depend. 1st week will be your week of getting used to. Rent will be paid in advance of 1 week. Since it is a budget rate, please do not consider wastage. Waste not want not.
