We are a couple with two young children who loves to meet new people. Our home is just a short walking distance to Coquitlam Central Skytrain Station, the Coquitlam bus loop, Westcoast Express train to downtown as well as Coquitlam Centre Mall and restaurants. Just 2 skytrain stops from the Douglas College Coquitlam Campus, 40 mins to SFU and 40 mins to Coquitlam College
Our home has central AC, new water system with hot water on demand and offers 4 private bedrooms for students. The first bedroom is located upstairs, the remaining 3 bedrooms are located downstairs. All 4 rooms have a bed, mattress, desk, closet, linens and a mirror. Room 3 is a larger room with a queen size bed.
We live in an English speaking household but my husband can speak Cantonese.
Everything is ready to go. All you need - just move in with your personal stuff!!!!
Our homestay fee includes dinner (mon-fri), wifi and use of washer and dryer.
A refundable damage deposit, a picture ID and copy of passport is required.
